Socioeconomic Baseline Study Design & Analysis

At EarthEmpower Consulting, we are committed to creating significant change through strategic partnerships. In collaboration with AGAPE/Coopgrasur, we led the Baseline Survey in Digital Format: Design and Development project to gather comprehensive data on agricultural, economic, social, child welfare, and food security factors. This data was essential in identifying the needs of the target population, supporting project justification, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the situation before implementing interventions and projects.

We designed an interactive, user-friendly digital survey tailored to the project, incorporating open-ended, closed-ended, and multiple-choice questions to capture both quantitative and qualitative data. Key areas included local demographics, agricultural productivity, participation in organizations, economic income, health, and future planning. Robust statistical methods were applied to sampling households to ensure representative results.

Our team provided extensive training for field enumerators, focusing on verbal and non-verbal communication strategies to ensure effective surveying. Additionally, we offered technical support throughout the survey process, ensuring smooth execution.

 

The final report delivered a detailed analysis of the collected data, highlighting the key findings, conclusions, and actionable recommendations. This project equipped AGAPE/Coopgrasur with valuable insights to identify the needs of the target population, justify projects, and plan impactful and sustainable interventions.
