Executive director & senior consultant
Rachael Ann Cox
Rachael founded EarthEmpower in 2017 and currently serves as the executive director of our company. She holds a Master's degree in Crop Production and Natural Resource Management from Iowa State University. She has postgraduate certificate International Nutrition from Tufts University, project management certification, and studied business at Victoria 147, Business Academy for Women. Rachael was a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow and served as a Fullbrigh Professional Specialist in Colombia. Rachael is originally from Iowa, but prefers to live and work in Latin America.

Daniela Olvera Rosillo
Daniela is a Mexican specialist in gender, and international cooperation. She has been working for gender equity and social justice since 2017, accumulating experience in different fields, such as attention to women who have experienced gender-based violence, gender mainstreaming in public and private institutions, development of social impact projects, resource management, generation of methodologies and content, consulting for agricultural cooperatives, among others. She is a designer, and is currently studying Sociology.

Yarelmis Cecilia Pérez Rivero
Yarelmis is a Cuban with ​22 years of experience in the production and sales sector, planning and implementing strategies to fulfill annual plans, organizing large teams of workers and leading them to achieve objectives. At EarthEmpower, Yarelmis is responsible for accounting and financial management. Additionally, Yarelmis provides administrative support to the executive director. Finally, she supports the consulting team with data processing and data entry.

Magda Reynoso
Magda is a Mexican Zootechnical Agricultural Engineer who studied at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. Magda has over 20 years working in value chain development, business development, and as a consultant in diverse sectors. She is committed to rural development through social participation and democratization of opportunities and information. She is an expert in the development, analysis and strengthening of value chains, as well as in the elaboration of strategies for sustainable economic and rural development.

Marllury de la Cruz
Marllury is a Guatemalan professional with extensive experience in the development of survey tools and data analysis, focusing on the implementation of specific methodologies and the use of statistical techniques to measure and evaluate the impact of programs, projects and interventions in different contexts. Marllury has a degree in Agronomy. She has diverse experience working in horticulture and seed production, leading monitoring and evalution at a non-profit organization, and being the lead data analytics expert at EarthEmpower. ​​​

Mary Buckley
Mary is an American experienced program and project manager with expertise in fundraising, organizational leadership, and operational efficiency, specializing in community development, health education, and disability advocacy. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College and a Bachelor's in Community Health Education from Western Connecticut State University. She can streamline processes, implement compliance systems, and build partnerships with donors and institutions. She is experienced in international human rights advocacy, contributing to the first UN treaty protecting the rights of persons with disabilities.
