At Earth Empower Consulting, we create meaningful change through strategic partnerships. Our collaboration with the USAID BHA initiative highlights our dedication to building climate resilience and emergency preparedness.

 

We developed a comprehensive proposal aligned with USAID BHA's climate-smart and disaster-ready objectives by facilitating inter-institutional participatory design workshops. These workshops provided a collaborative space for stakeholders, allowing them to contribute and shape the project framework.

 

Our approach combined thorough research with collaborative expertise, transforming concepts into a compelling narrative. This effort culminated in a successful concept note and a comprehensive proposal emphasizing innovation, resilience, and measurable impact, providing a blueprint for climate-smart practices and emergency preparedness.

 

Beyond proposal writing, we ensured budgeting accuracy through meticulous activity-based budgeting and created a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) handbook for project assessment and tracking.
