We are a women-led social enterprise that creates specialty food and teas using native crops grown by primarily women farmers and manufactured by women-led teams. We work in rural and impoverished communities, and use our business to put financial and social resources in the hands of rural and indigenous women. Impact is at the center of all our decisions and we prioritize fair wages, fair trade, and environmental sustainable practices in our business model. With each cup of tea, we create dignified jobs for women, market opportunities for farmers, and encourage sustainable farming practices.
