Our team facilitated design workshops that translated TrazApp’s ideas into a comprehensive business plan. We conducted market research, analyzing seafood industry trends and consumer behaviors to ensure alignment with market dynamics. Leveraging our financial expertise, we developed growth projections and a roadmap that combined sustainability with profitability, highlighting TrazApp’s potential for significant social and environmental impact.

Additionally, we crafted fundraising proposals that communicated TrazApp’s mission and potential to investors, positioning it as a profitable, sustainable venture. With funding proposals currently under review, TrazApp is poised for success.
